This is a Cartier vintage purse from 90s, one of the most famous lines by Cartier, the Sapphire line. 
You will love this classic but elegant design.

The flap tip and the shoulder strap adjuster feature gold tone frames and blue jewel stones.

The golden brass at zipper charms and flap frame has an embossed Cartier logo. 

The interior linings are all over logo jacquard fabric.

Showing some sign of use and ages, including some scuffs and scratches as seen in the photos.

Clean interior compartment. 
Overall, it is still in a good vintage condition.
