This playful one-shoulder gown boasts a flattering gathered ruche detail engineered across the body and adorned with signature Needle & Thread frill detailing. Designed with a blouson sleeve featuring a ruffle cuff and romantic frills. The slim silhouette features a dropped waist seam with a flirty frill tier.
