Ethnique is a woman-owned company based out of the Philippines - all bags are handmade, providing jobs for many of the locals. With a removable chain strap, the 'Heera' bag can be worn on the shoulder, across the body or as a clutch. Glass beads have been artfully placed on the raw silk base and it opens to a soft satin lining with a magnetic closure.
